• Apartments with kitchen/kitchenette, dishes, fridge, microwave oven, (dishwasher only in Noce and Ciliegio)
• Noce, Ciliegio and Canicciaia apartments with independent entrance
• Oliva room, fridge (no kitchen/kitchenette)
• Iron
• Air conditioning
• Heating
• Reserved tables, chairs and sofas in the courtyard for each housing unit
• Fenced farm structure, entrance reserved for guests staying
• Parking inside the fence
• Wi-Fi
• Presence of the owner
• Weekly and final room/apartment cleaning (daily cleaning not provided)
• Electricity, water and gas consumption

Private swimming pool not accessible.

Paid services:

• Pets are accepted only in the Canicciaia, Ciliegio and Noce apartments
• Transport to the station and the airport to be agreed
